State Treasury (Polish: Skarb Państwa) in Polish law represents the Polish state in certain legal aspects. It can be represented by various officials or institutions depending on circumstances.
Historically, it was created in Polish Kingdom in 1590, when State Treasury was split from Crown Treasury.
In modern Poland, the State Treasury has its own ministry, the Ministry of State Treasury of the Republic of Poland.
